Unable to Connect to the EA Servers - Result Code 401-6e (PC/Steam)

Hi, ever since the latest update I have been unable to play It Takes Two (Steam PC Version). I have bought and had this copy since 2022 and was playing it just fine two weeks ago.  However, now...

Currently, we do not have any updates to share.

If would prefer to get a refund on Steam while you wait for an update you will want to reach out to Valve support for assistance!

@EA_Illium I asked Steam customer service for a refund, but they refused. they told me to contact the game developer. And you told me to contact Steam customer service.Now the game is discounted, so many people can't log in to the game, and you don't give any compensation; just let us to wait; already over a month
