@LSC99bolt Also, I was able to add Rocket Arena to my nVidia control panel to get clips working, Woohoo!

No dice. Deleted my drivers and used GeForce Experience to re-download and install. Restarted my computer twice. Still the same issue. I see no difference in how the game acts when alt-tabbed.
I honestly think it's just how the devs coded fullscreen and that it's not coded correctly (I guess)I don't think you will be able to help me here. I appreciate all the help you have given me though.
