Under garments showing/clipping through armor. Bug or Intended?

@EA_Illium So still no answer. You asked a question, several people provided a ton of screenshots. It hast been almost a year. And you are definitely still working here, you just recently answered other topics. Can we just get a simple answer on this topic, that just seems like either a bafflingly bad design choice or a simple mistake like an unchecked box.
