Under garments showing/clipping through armor. Bug or Intended?

Looking for an answer from someone at KT. A lot of the great looking armor, such as the Human/Kemono path peacock skirt, are completely ruined by the undergarments still showing beneath or sometimes ...

@Nico21x Feel like they are not answering because of someone thinking this ugly solution is a viable censorship option. How embarrassing. The modding community really needs to take a look at this, it really cannot be that difficult to fix this for these lazy weirdos.
