[Under Investigation] - New game plus not working

So I tried to play the new new game plus mode on immortals of aveum I have the game 100% done and have everything in the game and wanted to start the new game plus but it shows a red line saying I ca...

I have a padlock on the new game + So using the Epilogue to collect Gold chests until the fix is live then :D Loving the game though!

    Same here a red pad lock for me too I have every chest and shroudfane

    Completed Epilogue now, All chests, the six etc all done.Spoke to Zendara and then conversation with Luda - game goes black and goes to home screen, NG+ still locked when 

    continued.
