UNRAVEL 1 CRASH AT LAUNCH

HI @Gattyplays can we start by trying the following steps?

• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
• Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

1. Done

2. Any "Repair" was shown, I just checked the file integrity with steam before post here

3. My pc is very clean and I formatted it some weeks ago

4. I attached the file showing the result. I can't update my GPU to the latest version  because every game it's fine and I run driving simulation game that needs (when running smoothly) not to be compromised with some GPU updates

5. I don't have graphic issues, every game run fine

6. After the clean boot I got the error reported in the attached file. I reinstalled the latest Microsoft C++ before this trial because I already had this issue opening Unravel. Then when I tried to open it again, nothing happened as usual. Now it seems stuck with this error again

As I mentioned above, I reinstalled Microsoft VC++ 10 days ago, I also update my graphic driver for other reasons but unravel does not start at launch. It seems it is launching/loading, then nothing happens.

Unravel 2 starts without problem from the same EA app.
