Unravel, can't get "The Red Thread" achievement on Steam

I have exactly the same issue. The account's are linked (checked in EA profile settings).

I tried to re-link EA and Steam accounts - it didn't work for me.

I noticed when I was having issues getting the game to load today that I was able to see my "EA" achievements. For some reason, I was missing my earlier achievements, like the one for finishing chapter 1. How did I get the later chapter achievements if I never finished 1? 

Anyway, after getting "not so fragile" on steam, I replayed chapter 1 and got that achievement plus the chapter completion and the thistle one on EA. 

I wonder if the last steam achievement will pop if you get everything in the EA app as well.

The only problem is that I have no idea which ones I'm missing because I can't replicate the error I got that let me see the proper EA screen. I've looked everywhere and have no idea where to see my achievements. I'm using the steam deck so I can't even open the stupid EA app without starting a game, and the in game EA app overlay doesn't show EA achievements.

Ok, finally figured out how to install the EA app on steam deck and so was able to see my EA achievements. Turns out I was still missing the chapter 2 and 5 completion. So somehow I was able to get the "not so fragile" achievement while somehow missing the general progression ones.

Anyway, I played 2 and 5 again, got the EA achievements, and then "The Red Thread" popped for both EA and steam.

So if anyone is still having this problem, check your EA achievements.
