I see that you have the N version of Windows.

Did you install the media player separately ?

    Thanks for replying. No I haven't installed the Media Player separately. Is it required?

      I just tried installing it but no luck, still the same. I also tried uninstalling Unravel and reinstalling it now that I've got the Media Feature Pack installed, but nothing.

        The issue you describe is usually an issue with the K-Lite Codec pack but your DxDiag doesn't show any indication to that error.

        Do you have the pack installed maybe ?
