Unravel part 2 for PS 4

Question

I recently purchased unravel bundle. And now I have finished playing all the levels (got the little red knitted figure at the end of each level). However, I cannot download Unravel 2. I bought the package that said both games - however only one CD in the package. And now there is a funny sigh next to unravel 2 that states download. But if I try to accept it, unravel is refusing... so - not really sure what to do?
And no - I am not a paying member of the EA community, I do not see the point as it it mainly my kid playing, and she is just a kid.

So anyone knows anything? What to do? What to think of? Or should I just accept the fact that I did pay for yarny bundle, but only got half of it?

Hi @ladyLorelaic,Could you give us more details of what happens when you try to accept the download option? What do you mean by 'refusing'? Are you getting an error message or something?Thanks-Mai

Hej&nbsp;@EA_Mai!&nbsp;Thank you for your respond! It is as if it does not react, freezes. The image kind of flicks, but no message, nothing. I am suspecting that the solution is very basic - I just do not understand it...&nbsp;sincerelylady Lorelei

Thanks @ladyLorelaic 🙂Could you check a couple of things on your console?:1 - How much free space do you have in your console? You should be able to see this on Settings &gt; Storage. If less than 4-5GB, please, try to free some space to make room for Unravel two.2 - If you open 'Library', do you see Unravel in there? Does it give you the option to start the installation of Unravel two from there?Thanks,-Mai

Hej again&nbsp;@EA_Mai!&nbsp;i hade more than 300 gig available (only using like 70). In the library I can only see unravel one. When I put the cd in PlayStation 4, I can see unravel yarny collection. But no, cannot download there either. Kind of flics, like the link is faulty. No message, no test, the frame just winks...thank you for your reply!&nbsp;
