Unravel stuck at loading Screen (Xbox One)

I just downloaded the game yesterday but whenever I open the game it either gets stuck on the loading screen or it tells me your not connected to the Internet. I have made port forwarding but still no...

    I just deleted it and redownloaded it and it worked but thanks for the help.

@BloodyPickle14 Hey, can you try restarting your system and check again? Hold the button on the front of the machine until it beeps and shuts down. 

If the issue persists what's the fully error message? Are you able to use the store and play other games online?
