Unravel two trial randomly ended. I played this game for fifteen minutes and left. Today, I try and play it and it says my trial has ended ☹️ THAT'S TWO GAMES BROKEN AT ONCE I might stop getting ...

Could it be the trial was running in the background, even if you were not actively playing? Keep in mind even if you leave it paused, as long as it's running, the time is counting.
Regarding your The Sims 3 games, keep in mind codes can only be redeemed once but the games you register will appear in your Origin Library, and you just need to click on them to download - no codes needed after first redemption! 🙂
So if you go to your Origin Library, you should be able to click on the games and Download them.
