No, it's not a bug. It's just how it is.

So how can i get a refund on the game?
I purchased the game on the 9th of May and i qualify for a refund...
Send us refund requests within the following timeframes

- Within 7 days from your date of purchase
- Within 7 days from the game’s release date if you pre-ordered
Well it's more than 24 hours since you first started the game so you need to contact a game advisor
