Unravel won't start

I've tried installing Unravel on 3 different PCs, but on none of them it will start. All are Windows 10 computers, 2 laptops and one desktop computer.

When starting the game, I get a black screen for about 1 second, and then it returns to the Origin window.

I've included the DxDiag.txt file from all three computers. Could someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Thanks, Peter

  • 1. DxDiag (77 KB one): Doesn't seem to have  a dedicated video card and is below specs because of that. The Intel chip it has is too old.

    2. Has a Nvidia 555M and a chip. Unfortunately, neither is good enough for the game. You should update your drivers though

    3. Also below specs

    I also experience the same problem and I agree that the information is not easily found. I have a DX11 installed but it seems my graphics card is not good enough?

    It´s a ATI Radeon HD 4550. How do I know if a new graphics card would solve the problem, like a Asus GeForce 210 1Gb LP?

    Here is my DxDiag.

    What would be the cheapest possible graphics card to run this game?

    @franss3r

    In my opinion:

    the lowest I can get myself to suggest would be a Nvidia Radeon R7 240 or a Nvidia GT 740. They are both too expensive for the speed that they provide and you will get a lot more for your money if you spend just a little more but they will do the job. Anything slower / cheaper would be a serious waste of money and you might as well buy a used graphics card.

    Well, that´s too bad. I´ll have to claim my money back, then.
