Using ps4 controller but showing xbox buttons

The steam version of the game does not have any controller layout other than xbox. I have tried ps4 controller and switch pro controller but both seem to have the same result which is showing the xbo...

@im7kar21 Can you try going through the steps here.

    Hi @EA_Illium ,

    So I have went through those steps provided, so that Steam recognizes the controller as a PS4 controller and in Steam, it gives me prompts in playstation buttons, but in the game it still shows xbox button/controller layout.  I am able to use my PS4 controller with the associated positions (x-a, triangle-y, etc.) but it would be nice to have the game also display the hints/tips with playstation buttons instead of xbox buttons.  Is there a way to "force" It Takes Two to recognize this?
