Why is my Play First Trial for Wild Hearts Not Showing Up?

I even have my EA account linked to Steam and even on the Steam store page it asks me to join EA access. I have literally no way of launching the game whatsoever. I'm an EA PlayPro member.

    Same issue... guess I shouldn't have paid for the more expensive Pro option eh?

        @EA_Pythia May I ask how long it will take to solve the problem that Play Pro cannot play?
