Why is my Play First Trial for Wild Hearts Not Showing Up?

I even have my EA account linked to Steam and even on the Steam store page it asks me to join EA access. I have literally no way of launching the game whatsoever. I'm an EA PlayPro member.

Hello everyone,

there currently seems to be an issue regarding the access. It is being looked into and I'll let you know when there is an update.

@EA_Pythia I have EA PLAY PRO with EA DESKTOP and i cant play.
This service is a shame.
PS5 players are playing from already 17 hours, steam from 2 hours, and we with ea play pro with ea desktop we cant play.
