Why is my Play First Trial for Wild Hearts Not Showing Up?

I even have my EA account linked to Steam and even on the Steam store page it asks me to join EA access. I have literally no way of launching the game whatsoever. I'm an EA PlayPro member.

    Hey everyone,

    We understand the frustration. We’ve just put up an update for EA Play Pro subscribers here .

Im sure they will not fix it, im pretty sure even full release will not work. They don't care at all. PS5 players have played 10h trial yesterday and can still play it, only not working version is EA app version... literary EVERYONE did better job then EA did on own app, it should tell you everything.

Yeah. I can't launch it through the EA app or the Origin app.

I can't connect EA to my Steam account, so Steam wants me to pay for EA Play when I'm already paying for Play Pro. So, basically, EA wants to double dip my bank account for the SAME subscription.

And no more mods are replying.

EA took player's money and are going radio silent.
