Why is my Play First Trial for Wild Hearts Not Showing Up?

I even have my EA account linked to Steam and even on the Steam store page it asks me to join EA access. I have literally no way of launching the game whatsoever. I'm an EA PlayPro member.

    We understand the frustration. We’ve just put up an update for EA Play Pro subscribers here .

should we cut our subscription? I seriously ask myself the question ...... you are incompetent if only elon musk bought you to fire all the zero at home ....
