Why? In business if you don't deliver on time you get fined or contract gets broken. EA failed and should refund everyone that wants refund as people like me bought EA PRO just for that game. Its time for companies to be held accountable for what they do.
Only reason I got the pro version of EA play was for Wild Hearts. If I knew I could have spent $5 to get the trial via steam with the regular EA play I wouldn't have gotten Pro at all.... this needs to be fixed ASAP or refunds.
If the trial is only 10 hours and not until launch they are going to have an insane flood of refund requests lol
there is with ea play pro u can play it until release but only that small things that is in the demo but with ea play (not pro version) u only can play 10h of it after 1 hour u saw everything in the trail depends on the player but roughly - but who know how long it takes to get it on pc
i mean another way to look at it is, its just a demo the full game isnt even out yet. plus name a single big game that has launched perfectly with no bugs or issues. big companies should be able to launch perfect games but humans are not perfect far from it. have patience let them fix it and then you can enjoy the game once they have fixed it.
on the other hand there is no bug to take the money from the accounts of the abo never problems so no there is no excuse. in the restaurant when you pay for your desire to be served, no, well, it's the same
2 and a half hours after 'launch', and people who bought Play or Play Pro to play it still can't.
And if you look at the 'Tweets' feed on the right; No word. No 'Hey, if you bought Play/Play Pro, we are aware it's broken' because they want people to keep buying Play/Play Pro in an attempt to play it instead of being honest and saying they can't.
How can pursue a refund?
Why not just unlock the full game for EA PLAY PRO ?

I still can't launch it in the EA app.
And when I tried to launch the Origin app; It launched the EA app & uninstalled itself.
