Why is my Play First Trial for Wild Hearts Not Showing Up?

I even have my EA account linked to Steam and even on the Steam store page it asks me to join EA access. I have literally no way of launching the game whatsoever. I'm an EA PlayPro member.

      4 hours later: Still can't play.

      Still nothing on EA Help's twitter about the issue. Need to keep it hush-hush, lest some people learn they can't play the game they want to sub for! 👿
