Why is my Play First Trial for Wild Hearts Not Showing Up?

I even have my EA account linked to Steam and even on the Steam store page it asks me to join EA access. I have literally no way of launching the game whatsoever. I'm an EA PlayPro member.

Then how is my mate playing it right now with his EA Play subscription ?

    They have to coordinate the communication because every support person is telling different stories.

    EA play pro subscribers should have the access or it will make so sense.

    Because they probably have EA Play sub. It's only Ea PlayPro subs that are affected.

      @MrSicks have a Friend who is ea play pro Sub and he can play too, so no thats no the reason.

        @dav1ds1337 Weird, I have had pro for a while and nothing. Preloaded but it says I cant do anything until the 16th.

    He has EA play, It doesn't work on EA play pro.
