Why is my Play First Trial for Wild Hearts Not Showing Up?

I even have my EA account linked to Steam and even on the Steam store page it asks me to join EA access. I have literally no way of launching the game whatsoever. I'm an EA PlayPro member.

    Hey everyone,

    We understand the frustration. We’ve just put up an update for EA Play Pro subscribers here .

    Keep following that thread for updates.

Truly, a show of good faith would be to allow people to refund their EA Play subscriptions. I paid money for TIME that I will no longer have, in order to access this game early. What if EA can't get it working until launch? How is that delivering on the product we paid for?

Fortunately, the reason for this thread has been addressed, and EA  Play Pro members have access to the full Karakuri Edition. 

Thanks for the early and clear reports, and sorry for any frustration caused by the delay.
