Wild Heart unable to play with my roomie online on the same IP

Me and my friend I live with ,cannot play the game online simultaneously.  The issue seems to be that we use same internet.

    Hi @Nidhoggir We may need to reach out to our support to confirm your account information and linked accounts are correctly connected. 

    If you both try to go online and you see your PSN for your friend this would suggest wires may have been crossed somewhere.

    @NidhoggirIt seems exactly like you‘re trying to use the game with the same EA account. The issue: As soon as one device is connecting to the online service the other device will be disconnected. Consider maybe check the ea account on both devices, if it’s the same it will never work. Then if it’s not you can try another internet connection to test it such as wifi hotspot from a mobile phone.

    Different accounts,both EA and Sony. But  when my friend go online he for some reason got my psn handle.

    @Nidhoggir Can you join at the same time on different internet connections !?
    If not i will suggest you to disconnect the psn account from your ea account and try again, or start the game from another account on the PlayStation and see if it‘s the same.
