@mrolympia843 What error message do you get? Which platform are you playing from? Every time me and my girlfriend try to play the game together we are pluaged with "Cannot connect to EA servers" in game and the EA app crashing in the background saying and unresovleable issue has occured and asking usto log back in. we can typically get into a game for about 5 minutes at most before we are disconnected. this makes multiplayer unusable which is the entire reason we bought this game

HI @Doc_Shadeslayer To check are you both playing off the same EA Account?
If not, can we try the following steps?
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for the game (Microsoft VC++ Link)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
Thank you for reaching out, I was able to solve the issue by resetting my modem and haven't had an issue since
