I just had a conversation with support around this same issue and they told me they would open a case around this. looking this up online in different forums it looks like a lot of people have this issue. a lot of people comment about how they never had a problem playing this game before and they did a whole first play-through back when the game first came out but now suddenly they can't get past the first cut-scene in attempting to play the game again. I'm going to attach my DxDiag out here in case it helps anyone else or support figure this out.
