HELP. Unable to connect to game lobby (Split Fiction)
My friend bought the full game and I had the friend pass, but then this screen appeared after accepting my friend invite. I thought this was a friend pass problem so I bought the full game from steam. And yet still appeared the same screen either my friend host or me, we both bought the game from steam. I realized that in my EA Launcher with steam linked EA account it doesn't detect split fiction, but maybe its because the game doesn't need the EA account to play in same platform and I didn't even start playing the game yet so maybe it somehow doesn't detect it? Search everywhere but no one really ever had the same problem with us, does anyone have any idea what to do?
(PC) Wild Hearts Crash after first cut-scene
I started the game Wild Hearts. At first the menu was choppy and attempting to even watch the initial cut-scene was impossible. doing some research I found that you need to set the audio to 5.1 surround sound. After I did that the menu and cut-scene play just fine no matter what other settings I change. Looking around online I'm not the only one with the crash issue after the first cut-scene most people in other forums seem to be people that played the game when it first came out and went to try to do a second play-through and pretty much just gave up on the idea after it crashed. They seem to pretty consistently say this wasn't an issue for them the first time around. To be clear from a hardware perspective I have an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D an NVIDIA 5090 and 96GB of RAM so there really shouldn't be a hardware issue here. I have standard Win 11 pro without any OS mods. I have run through all the standard attempts at fixing this. I have reinstalled the game from scratch. Attempted to validate the the game files through steam. Attempted to clear multiple areas of caches. Made sure I was up to the latest on Windows updates / driver updates. reinstalled graphics card drivers. made sure to validate windows updates. made sure to validate the VC++ libraries are installed properly. Made sure to run everything as Admin. I have even spent quite a few hours updating various settings to see if this changes anything. I tried lowering the graphics settings down to nothing to see if that would help. There are some rabbit holes out there around NVIDIA settings to try and I have attempted to flip those on and off in various combinations. There are some posts that talk about disabling your services for audio and that doesn't seem to matter. I know I had some issues with various games with the old Nahimic service where disabling that magically fixed the game. Though my new computer doesn't seem to use that. To be clear so far I have played Forspoken, banishers ghosts of new eden, Frostpunk 2 and Roblox all without any problems and all with the settings cranked to max. I'm fairly certain that banishers is a more intense game on the system. Though maybe someone more familiar with Wild Hearts code would know why this happens. I attached a dxdiag of my computer for reference since looking at the other EA forum where another person has this same issue that seems to be what support wants to see.
Circus level it takes two
Hello, I'm playing It Takes Two with my girlfriend, but when I get to the beginning of the Circus level, the ball that's supposed to fall into the rail refuses to move. I've tried everything: repairing the game, uninstalling, and restarting the previous level, but without success each time. Do you have any ideas to solve the problem? Hello. I am playing Split Fiction on PC with my friend (he is playing on PS5 via friend's pass) and we comunicate in discord. I am facing issue with the audio. When we start the game it is all fine for ~1 hour, but the more I play, the more sound is constantly cracking and popping. Haven't experienced this issue in any other game. FYI: my headset is Steelseries Arctis Nova 5 (wireless headset).Unable to connect while playing
The game "it takes two" always shuts down at the same place after playing a specific part and a message pops up saying "unable to connect to ea servers". It's always after taking one spot in the game and we can't move on. It's been going on for about a week now. We are already in the part with the watch and everything worked normally until this part. The connection has not changed, changing the connection does not help. It just always disconnects me at the same place when I invite to the game with this meaningless message. How to fix it? I need to know the end! I own the game. We both play on PC. We play on Steam. But hosting through EA doesn't solve the problem.
Entire PC crashes playing Wild Hearts
I bought Wild Hearts 2 weeks ago, and I haven't had the chance to really play it because it crashes my entire PC after only a few minutes of play. When it doesn't crash, it'll freeze for multiple seconds every few seconds. my specs are as follows: Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor 3.40 GHz Installed RAM: 32.0 GB Graphics Card: RTX 2080
The UE-Split Game has crashed and will close
Hello, So, I've been trying to fix this problem for hours but can't even get the game started. Bought it through steam. Things I've tried: Reinstall game; Reinstall graphics drivers; Made sure windows is completely updated; Validated integrity of game files; Tried starting it with different launch options through steam. The game just crashes on launch and after a few minutes i get the UE-Split Game has crashed and will close: 'LowLevelFatalError [File:D\HazeAutomation\Main\Engine\Source\Runtime\RenderCore\Private\RenderingThread.cpp] [Line: 1415]'. Tried EA help but the live chat is impossible to contact.
Split fiction error code 103-3f0001
Me and my girlfriend is trying to play aplit fiction, i bought the game and she has the friends pass. when i press play online and invite her, she gets this error code 103-3f0001. ¨your account has been restricted from accsessing any online features. She has Ea play and dont have any bans, could someone help?
