Wild hearts crashed at second loading screen after newest patch any help please

Following up after the latest patch. Still the same issue.
On loading the game right after ea originals screen you get a black screen and never progress to the main menu. Task manager indicates the game is not responsive. The event viewer shows no errors for the game which is annoying because it would be great to know what is actually happening. It would be awesome if we could drop a bunch of logging from the ea original screen to the main menu to understand what is going on.
Restarts, reinstalling graphics drivers, deleting and reinstalling the game itself, verifying integrity of files and deleting the wild hearts shared data folder does not fix this.
Here are the specs I'm working with:
Windows 10 Pro
32gb of RAM DDR4
Intel i7-6700k @ 4.00GHZ
NVIDIA Ventus 2x RTX 3060
EA_Illium

Interestingly enough this is also happening on my laptop which has different specs, DxDiag attached.
It is beginning to seem like this is not hardware related but rather data related.
