Lost in Random not loading.

Someone posted this issue a few years ago i think but I can't reply to it and the solutions given didn't work. old discussion

This is my first post here so sorry if its bad.

I play on the EA app. I have cleared my cache, restarted the app, repaired the game, uninstalled then reinstalled it, nothing is working. Everything is up to date.

I'm getting wierd text id's and its stuck on loading. It doesnt show as a "not responding" task (in task manager), though. I can use E to switch the tips but it just shows "id_loadingtips_#_title" and not the actual stuff.

I would love to finish this game.
