So everything I try to request assistance or do anything online on wild hearts on my ps5 I get this error code 2147811328 with the message of a network connection error occurred. I tried the fix of removing every single player from my block list and tested my intertenet connection as well as switch dns ports and made sure it was open. Is this something I'll have to wait for a patch to fix if so I wouldn't have bought this game if I can't play with my friends
@graphicdes So the PS has a few issues but that one is a bit more rare. Network-related ones are a bit more touchy because it could be you or them or your ISP.
Try this and see if these help at all. You may have done some already though. As always they aren't one hundo % going to fix it but may.
Close the game
Reboot the PS. Stay out of rest mode, and turn off any of these options in the settings
Unplug the console for 1 min.
Unplug your modem for 1 min
When you are up and back in, delete the saved data for the game, then check for updates and launch it again.
Yea same here it was working fine this afternoon come back on to do some late night hunting and I like joining others when I’m farming for materials but nope button to go online isn’t even an option come on Devs sort it out!!! Once the performance issues are ironed out the game is great but it’s damaging its brand right now
@On3_5h0T_5c0TT I did some looking around on this error, this error isn't game specific. I see quite a few threads about that specific error number. IMO this just affecting the game you want to play and not a game issue. From what I see other companies get it too. It seems to at time out error which is network related.
Fair enough I’ve done all the standard troubleshooting rebooted console, router etc will just leave it tonight hopefully it’s working tomorrow thanks for your help

I am trying to connect my ps5 PSN id into EA but it doesn't work.
I changed my E-Mail address on EA id but it didn't work.
Whenever I try to connect on login option, I click PS icon of course, it says change code and won't work.
What can I do to make this connect?

Community Managerit said my id is old or information changed therefore, get into URL and get changes.
So I click the link and click PS icon. and it says I must change EA password. So I did many times.
Even though I changed my password and got into it, the same massage come up again and again.

It sounds like your PlayStation account is linked to an old or disabled EA account, with a different email address than the account you're resetting. If you're not sure what that account might be, then I recommend reaching out to our live support via the following link:
