@ least they allowed someone to post, Albiet with less information & less clarification but you can find it here. Which was linked by support through twitter the other day, The link They Sent.   This post was made shortly after launch along with various others means of contacting support. So it may be a week late but its better than nothing i suppose. If you find this they will be interlinked since the other post left out the majority of the full information.
