Wont look with mouse

are you running any extra software like Razer Synapsis or Logitech Gaming Software (or your mous manufacturers equivlanet)? If yes, try closing it down, than restarting origin and try again.

try clicking the a way out desktop icon, unplug your mouse, press enter to launch it, get in game without using the mouse, once ingame, plug it back in too see if this fixes it.

@tiasteis Do you have a controller or other USB device plugged in when launching the game?
