Xbox Elite Controller Serie 2 PC not working

I can't get my controller to work in-game at all, the game does not recognize it.
I can play Conan Chop Chop, so the problem can't be the EA App. Given the controller works everywhere else, it has to be the game.
Strangely a friend of mine uses the same controller but has no issues at all.
I did update the firmware, changed USB Ports, rebooted my PC, repaired Wild Hearts, started the game on steam, tried to start the EA App on steam too. Nothing seems to work, and the game is much more enjoyable with a controller.
Does anybody know a way to fix this issue? The controller works just fine everywhere else, including other games on EA App...
I fixed it.
The issue was my Wooting keyboard, emulating an xbox controller.
I'd suggest for people who have the same issue, to check if anything is emulating a controller. In my case the keyboard simply had it turned on, even though I never used the function.
Turning it off, fixed all my issues.
