Xbox Error code 4, unable to access add-ons and upgrades

So I had bought the karakuri edition of wild hearts but cannot access any of my dlc.when I check the add-on tab in game it gives me an error code 4 and states I have no add-ons. I checked my network and all is fine. But still can’t access any of my bonuses

Thanks for the posts. Can I check what system folks are on? Even specific Xbox type. 

The network message suggests there could be an online component to this, perhaps some cert not going through. Can you retstart your system, as well as power cycling your router?

I’m playing on an Xbox series x and have tried everything. I even uninstalled the reinstalled and still the same exact messages.

Purchased and preordered the karakuri edition (Xbox console) did not receive any of it. Can’t even access the add-on tab in game as I get a network error (error code 4) then I get a you have not purchased any add-on. I’m online and multiplayer works. The preorders and karakuri add-on are in my manage also. I’ve already reinstall this game and still same results. Is there even a solution to this?

It says Error code 4. And it says I can’t go online yet I can play online?

 I bought the deluxe edition and I can’t access the items. I try to go to add ons and that’s when error code 4 pops up
