Hey Everyone,
It seems as though some people are getting an error when trying to access DLC for the game. Below are some steps that may help get that fixed when you are playing
First, try the following
- Xbox One/X consoles - Press the menu key of the controller. Go to Settings > Disc & Blu-Ray. In the BLU-RAY section select "Persistent Storage". Select "Clear persistent storage"
- Next, let's clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, Then restart your Xbox.
- Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it turns off completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console. Wait 1 minute, plug the power cord back in, and turn the console back on as you would normally.
- Once restarted, go into my games and apps, locate the game, and delete the saved data. This won't delete any progress for your game.
- Lastly, You can also delete and log back into your Gamer tag, this would sync the game correctly to your account.Next, if those don't work, try disconnecting your game from the wifi or wired connection, connecting to a hotspot on your mobile device, and trying to download or access the DLC again. Then connect back to your connection
Lastly, you can go to xboxlive.com and send it to the console, repeat the steps above and this may resolve that for you.
