Xbox One - Unravel - Some achievements not working

Hi, I have completed the game but some achievements are not working, specifically the achievements for finding the two missing halves and for finishing the last level 'renewed'. I have power cycled/ soft reset the Xbox One and logged out of my account and back in, It doesn't say 'Done Unlocking', it just says these achievements are still incomplete and locked. Can anyone shed some light on how to resolve this issue? I have also revoked and then paired back up my EA account as this was a workaround on another page but this didn't work either.

    Hi guys, 

    I really hate when achievements are not unlocking properly so believe me when I say that I do feel your frustration. Unfortunately there is little we can do ☹️  Replaying the game is usually the only way to unlock the missing achievements.

    You'll find more information below:

    We are aware that, from time to time, some players may encounter difficulties related to earning Playstation Trophies or Xbox Achievements while playing EA games.

    Unfortunately, our Customer Service team are unable to assist players with problems of this nature as Trophies and Achievements are maintained by Sony and Microsoft respectively. Because of this, our Customer Service team are unable to update, fix or unlock any Trophies or Achievements that you may be having trouble acquiring.

    If you are experiencing issues such as these with a Playstation Trophy, please contact Sony directly here. Alternatively, if the issue is specific to an Xbox Achievement, please contact Microsoft support directly here.

    Hi i am in the same boat but i cant get any achievements to unlock, matched up emails, revoked access , removed profile , uninstalled and reinstall game and deleted my save twice and nothing no level achievements or movement in the progression bars. I don't know what else to try.

    These achievements are declared glitched and unobtainable.

    Not so fragile after all

    No stone unturned

    Reckless

    Don't bother unlocking them. You'll never get it.

    Same problem here! Did all the stuff, and missed 3 achievements but got the one for "getting all the achievements". :/

    Did the workaround and could get 2 out of the 3 but "no stone unturned" is still locked after collection everything for a second time. 

     @TheFakeGamer2K you can get the achievements. Just look at TA. Around 500 to 1000 players got them.

    Same here, but just the "Undaunted" achievement. It says "unlocking" but it never unlock.

    Hi all,


    The saddest (and stupidest) thing is in 2023, 6 years later (!!) this issue with the "UNDAUNTED" is still in place.

    I didn't get this achievement while playing the game.
    Regardless of the fact I got the achievement for collecting all the secrets ("No stone unturned") I got no "Undaunted" ☹️

    Unlinking and linking the Xbox account in the EA account didn't help.
    Unfortunately, I have to play it from the very beginning to try to get it ☹️(

    I was able to get the achievement a week ago... For some reason I can't get "Dig where you stand" even though I smashed the box with the excavator and even have the secret for doing it. No achievement was triggered.
