Community Admin@Thepisfor Hi there, unfortunately not being able to uninstall a game comes off as a big red flag to me, indicating issues with your core software or even hardware.
If you can't uninstall using the steps here the next thing to do would be to reset your Xbox to factory settings.https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults
Please read the whole article as this is a big step, and you could lose progress if it isn't backed up.
