Xbox Series X - Black Screen when launching

I have downloaded the trial but when I launch the game I get a black screen after the splash screen with the loading bar at the bottom. I can hear the 'EA Originals' voice and some background sound b...

    All sorted now. I did a hard shut down and cleared saves again, making sure everything including cloud was deleted and it's loaded fine.

    I am an Xbox Insider on Skip Ahead btw.

I deleted all the local files including the reserved space like the poster above you mentioned and still the same result.
