404 Error when trying to download PVZGW2 from Xbox app

So I am trying to download PVZGW2 from the Xbox App on my laptop, but everytime it takes me to the EA app it comes up with the error '404 Something went wrong'. It does this for the other PVZ games as well when trying to download from the Xbox app. My internet connection is fine, I've tried clearing the ea app cache, ive uninstalled and reinstalled the ea app, restarted my computer ... really dont know what else to do now ... Can someone tell me how to fix this please?
