Hey kunkunya1,
EA Play is platform specific. Getting it on one platform won't let it transfer between other platforms (ie. EA Play for Steam and the EA app are treated as two completely different subscriptions).
What do you mean exactly that you bought PGP? Do you mean Game Pass Ultimate? If so, that specifically comes with EA Play for the EA app.
