Accidentally bought EA PC membership instead of EA PlayStation membership

Hi EA Support Team,

I accidentally bought an EA Play membership for PC but meant to buy it for PlayStation. Kindly help to revert or change it, as I want to use an EA membership for PlayStation. I don't have a PC so this purchase is useless to me. Please help.

Told me to wait 3 days and then contact them? I mean why is it so difficult to refund tbh why pro isn't for console I realkt don't know really disappointed that it isn't easier to get a refund
