You may not be able to cancel a subscription while banned.

We cannot assist with bans directly here on AHQ.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

Hey Barry!

Yes, I can't access it because I'm banned. I've already described that. But how am I ever supposed to cancel my subscription if the ban is permanent? That would not be possible! which leads me to the question, why is it not possible to cancel your subscription when you are banned?
