Account linking - PSN already in use (on old account not in use)

Hi everybody!

I'm having issues trying to link my PSN network to my EA account.

It says it's already in use and after i check it, it's linked to an old EA account wich the used email has beed deleted.

Now i everytime i try to unlink the PSN from that old account, i need to check the verification email and it's not possible because its linked to a deleted email from hotmail.

I need help to unlink it and link to my new account from wich i have the subscription going.

I tried ask for live support but no answer: #147903880

    Hi @WolfMike510,

    I get you. With the verification codes sending out to the deleted email, there's nothing you can do on your side to change this. It needs the support teams help. I'm not sure what the cases haven't gotten a response yet...maybe there's a technical issue there. It might just need some troubleshooting. Could you try the following steps please: 

    • If you are on mobile, switch to PC to submit the ticket or vice versa
    • Clear the browsers cache and cookies, fully close all browser windows and then try again
    • Test it off of a different search engine (so if you're on Google Chrome, try Firefox to see if you can submit a ticket that way)
    • It's no harm trying a clean boot to see if you see the same issue after either:  https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

    If that hasn't helped, can you share what categories you're selecting when you fill out the case ticket options?

    Sorry to hear you've been having a hard time getting through to the support team. What contact option have you been using? Was it email? Have you been able to connect to them through live chat?

    I tryed both live chat and email and haven't had an answer...

    I just need to to have the PSN account unlinked from my old EA account (the one wich the email does not exist anymore) so i can link it to my current account...

  • I tryed everything and still no answers....

    *snip* PSN account linked to and old and inexisting email account. Need co link to new and current one.‎
    - Game - Battlefield 2042
    - Platform - PC
    - Category/topic - Manage my account
    - Issue type - Account linking
