Account linking and EA play

So I have Xbox game pass ultimate and what it seems to me is that I can get EA play on my pc as well although I cannot figure out how to link my accounts I've tried everything I can find online and none of it works so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what. Could you please explain how to link my accounts and then once I've done that how to access EA play

    Hey @HalfSack334 some EA games will be available as part of Game Pass on PC from mid-December

    If you would like to have EA Play on Origin then you will need to be a member on Origin.

    @DugDig50305760 Same here, I have ultimate and keep getting ads telling me to try th EA desktop app but I cannot play anything as I cannot add my connection. Oddly enough I was able to unlink my PS connection, hoping to then be able to add the MS Xbox Gamepass Ultimate but no luck so I am now totally disconnected from EA lol
