Account won't log in?
I try and log in to EA servers on my xbox. I put in email and password. I am told an account already exists with this email. I say yes because that's me, that's why I'm using that email to log in....

Can you provide a more specific, concrete method of contact? Following that link leads me down multiple link trees, none of which have further contact information. They will eventually redirect me to this community forum, but no email or phone numbers.
I have the same account, but I changed my gamertag. I do not want to unlink my account and lose game progress, when this is that account already.

Community ManagerFrom the help site under the Game Support section, you'll select EA app as the product, then Manage My Account-> I want to update my EA account information. From there, you'll see the current available contact options.
