"An unresolvable error occurred on our end"

Every time I launched the EA desktop app, it gave me this error. Since I'm accessing EA play via XGP, I cannot use Origin.

Yes.

I also tried reinstalling EA desktop. Although EA desktop didn't show up in control panel after I double clicked it in control panel, it didn't uninstall the software. And now I cannot install new one as well.
