Apex Ban - EA Help error - Issue not Supported?
Dear EA Customer Service Team:
I am unable to contact your customer service advisor for some reason. I simply wish to request assistance from an advisor to unlteam account from my EA account, as my Apex Legends account has been banned for violating Rule 6.
I have accepted the ban and am not requesting an unban. Howr, I need to unlink my Steam account so that I can continue to use other games in my Steam library normally.
My friends and I still love this game very much. I kindly ask fyour help in resolving this unlinking matter.

Unfortunately it isn't possible to unlink a platform from a banned EA account. You'll need to reach out to our terms of service team to see if they can get your EA account unbanned if you want to unlink your Steam account from it.
