We're not able to help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. More information, as well as instructions for disputing the ban, can be found in the article here.
I know what to do for disputing ban and i already did twice. Still no answer for what i did to deserve permanently banned. How can i reach your ToS team without dispute a ban section cause i need to talk to a real person. They are giving pc automated answers. They just say ''we checked your request and your account will be stayed banned. We can't give any further information about it''. I want an simple explanation, that's all!

You can open a case with an advisor here to see if they have any other details for you.
- 2 years ago@EA_Aljo This is just the link of EA Help homepage. Also i just realized that i can't open a case for 3rd time. When i try to make a new case, it directs me to me Help homepage. Can you give me actual email address of a person of charge?

I'm not able to give out any email address, unfortunately.
When you're directed back to the home page, are you choosing the game and platform and then proceeding through the rest of the form?
