    Hey all, our membership is available on each platform for $4.99, or regional equivalent. There is no cross platform subscription at this time. As such if you wish to use EA Play on different platforms then you will need an active membership on each.

I have the same problem.. I got EA play through Steam and now if I need to upgrade to Pro I lose my 20 pounds.

How can we fix this?

    Options: Try to start a refund on Steam, they may not offer it, since it is of no benefit to them to cancel EA Play on Steam where they take a percentage of the fee.

    If it is unsuccessful, just wait a month or a year and then go to your subscriptions and cancel, then buy in Origin EA Play Pro.
