Inquiry regarding refund method for EA Play Pro auto-renewal (Annual)

Hello. I am also a member using an annual membership.

Since I am already using the existing EA Play, I have absolutely no need for EA Play Pro, but EA Play Pro was automatically renewed and charged without my knowledge.

I have submitted multiple inquiries through the Refund Tool and the Customer Support page to cancel and get a refund for this incorrect renewal, but I have received no response or reaction so far.

Please let me know the specific way to get a quick refund for the EA Play Pro subscription that overlaps with my existing annual membership.
