Bought es play, but it doesn’t show Fifa 20 10 hr trial available

I’ve purchased EA play, I’ve pre ordered fifa 22, but it says i won’t be able to download the game until the 29th. I bought ea play with the intention of playing the game early but it doesn’t seem like it’s going to let me. I haven’t been able to contact anyone for help over this, so I’m using this as a last resort. I have no idea what I’m supposed to do
